  I referred images from Animal Crossing because the stage is based on the Animal Crossing. All leaves have same texture, place leaves with referencing sphere, and change overall shape with Lattice tool.

  For this week, I added more supporting lines on the side of body according to the advice from professor.  I focus on the front design. I made groove of the car bonnet with beveling edges. I also made a protrusion stuff. I created the shape of the front lamp.  I edited the shape of wheel with snipping the other cylinder object.  I'll continue on the front design and I'll do back design later.

Cart project, spark

 For the first week, I began with creating particles of spark from tire when the cart drifts the ground. If I made the particle to stop with SetActive(false), the whole living particles disappear in the same time. So I made it is controlled by pulling duration and change it. Input value is temporary input. This should be bool value in future. The reason why I made the particle SetActive(false) at first because there will be a single burst when the game begin but the player do not select drifting.

  First image is about reference images. I gathered these images from car auction website, and they are so nice. During working on the blueprint, I made alpha down of the material to work with watching the blueprint. When I compared the image of side and front view in blueprint, I realized that the size and ratio are little bit different. So I stop referring the blue print and shifted to refer images of real Mini Cooper. I see that these pictures are taken in outside and cloudy, so it is easier to see the high specular surface and nice curve. For now, I am working on the metallic part.

    For This week, to be honest, I spent a lot of time to research and set up the dimensions at the point of Monday. That is why I could only make a curve of beginning. The first reason why I spent many times is that there's no top view of Mini Cooper 1963 which I am trying to make in Maya. I found a blueprint with top view but it is for the made of 1964. I was staring and comparing each models, 1963 and 1964. The length of bonnet is a big difference but there's no other big difference, so I decided to refer the shape from top view of 1964 but I won't trace it.  Second reason is that I wanted to know an exact specs of Mini Cooper 1963. In the list of the specs of the car, I did not make sense some parameters. So I researched the measurement instructions and made ruler with measure tool. I made height, width, length, wheelbase, front track, and rear track rulers. I measured correctly but there's still a problem that the ratio of length and wheelbase length is different w
